Refund Policy

Returns

You can return any item within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Thank you for your cooperation!

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. This will allow us to assess the situation and ensure we resolve the issue for you promptly. Thank you!

Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we receive and inspect your return, along with the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
